New Owner Contact and RV Information

Please enter as much information as possible to begin the process of adding your RV to our rental inventory. After we receive this information form, we will contact you for an appointment. During the appointment we will take photos of your RV, gather detailed information on the unit, review and sign a rental consignment form, and answer any additional questions you may have. Your RV is then entered into our rental fleet and you are ready to start earning some added income. To immediately add you RV to our fleet, please send an email to the above address containing three digital photos, suitable for advertising your unit on our website. Your unit will be posted on our site and available for reservations within 24 hours. A new owners pack with all necessary paperwork will be mailed / emailed for you to sign and return with your RV's registration information. Upon receipt of the signed paperwork, your unit will be then be ready for rental.

The personal kits consist of a sleeping bag or blanket, a pillow, a pillow case, two flat sheets, a bath towel, a washcloth, and a dish towel. Average fee for these items is $35 Per Person / Per Rental.

The provisioning kits consist of a flashlight, can opener, broom, garbage pail, spatula, cooking spoon, cooking fork, coffee cups, tumblers, plates, soup bowls, silverware, tea kettle, colander, mixing bowl, and a cookware set. Average Fee for these items is $75 Per Rental.

Additional items may include outdoor furniture, bicycles, coolers, towing units, electronics, etc.

In addition to the above information, NYRV requires commercial renters insurance on every RV in its inventory. These monthly premiums are reasonably priced through our insurance company MBA Commercial Insurance. The cost for the added insurance will be split 50/50 between the owner and NYRV.
